About me
I am both a designer and manufacturer and I specialise in bespoke internal and external gates, furniture and architectural metalwork. I have an extensive portfolio and a wide breadth of knowledge within this field of work, often working alongside architects and other designers to produce unique individual pieces.
My specialist skills and knowledge are applied to both small and large-scale commissions. I use fine materials including stainless steel and bronzes though my work is primarily produced from steel. Whatever the material used my commissions are always executed to a very high standard of craftsmanship.
Drawing and modelling are integral parts of my practice, with elements of my work often derived from natural forms, fluid shapes and structures. The creative process of designing for a particular commission is both challenging and rewarding. Many elements may influence the design outcome, from the intricate structure of natural forms to the powerful spatial relationships of the surrounding architecture.
